You will work from home in a remote and high-volume healthcare call center, adhering to company policies, including HIPAA/PHI regulations, and meeting performance targets such as AHT, quality, attendance, and adherence. **Key Responsibilities** • Serve as the initial point of contact for patients seeking home healthcare services and for providers requesting authorizations • Handle approximately 60-65 inbound calls per day, utilizing multiple applications and a dual monitor setup to assist customers with services • Work from home in a remote and high-volume healthcare call center, adhering to company policies, including HIPAA/PHI regulations • Meet performance targets such as AHT, quality, attendance, and adherence • Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and ensure seamless communication between patients, providers, and our team • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in healthcare customer service and navigation of multiple applications **Requirements** • High School Diploma or GED • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment • 1 year working in healthcare with medical terminology • Proficient with navigating dual monitors and multiple applications • Type at a speed of 30 WPM with ability to perform data entry while actively listening • Competence in tasks like clicking, troubleshooting, opening a browser, bookmarking sites, and navigating with back/forward buttons • Basic skills in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams • Passing score on the SHL Customer Service Phone Simulation Assessment is required **Essential Qualifications** • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with patients, providers, and team members • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to navigate complex healthcare systems and resolve customer issues • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high volume of calls and multiple applications to navigate • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and communication **Preferred Qualifications** • Experience working in a remote or virtual call center environment • Knowledge of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA/PHI • Experience with medical terminology and healthcare software applications • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex customer issues • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed **Skills and Competencies** • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills • Ability to navigate complex healthcare systems and resolve customer issues • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to type at a speed of 30 WPM and perform data entry while actively listening **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to the growth and development of our team members.
