About the Role
As a General Warehouse Associate, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive their furniture purchases on time and in excellent condition. Your responsibilities will include:
Safely unloading trailers and accurately placing inventory in the warehouse
Confirming item numbers and prepping merchandise for deliveries
Loading merchandise into customers' vehicles
Providing exceptional customer service and supporting your colleagues in the warehouse
Maintaining a safe and organized work environment
Collaborating with your team to achieve warehouse goals and objectives
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
A high school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience
Willingness to submit to a physical capability test
Ability to follow safety guidelines and protocols
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present information to customers and team members
Basic math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure

Schedule and Work Arrangements
This is a full-time or part-time position, with expected hours of 40 per week. You'll be required to work a variety of shifts, including:
10 hour shifts
8 hour shifts
Day shifts
Evening shifts
Holidays
Monday to Friday
Overtime as needed
Weekends as needed
Relocation Requirements
