Key Responsibilities: Respond to and resolve escalated emails in a timely and professional manner Manage work queues related to orders not shipping, including investigating and resolving issues Make outbound calls to customers as needed to address concerns and provide solutions Handle TrustArc Requests and provide updates on orders Collaborate with the CS Supervisor and Department Manager to prioritize and complete work daily Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required Peak call center experience or business experience with intense seasonality, or an equivalent combination of training and experience Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to empathize with customers Ability to maintain energy and initiative in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Proficient in using the telephone for customer contact Ability to stay positive under stressful conditions Knowledge of personal computers and basic math and business operations Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service or a related field Familiarity with customer service software and technology Experience working in a remote or home-based environment What We Offer: Competitive Compensation and Benefits: We offer competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits package, including: Employer contribution to 401k account Employee discounts on our delicious snacks Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits: At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
