Job Summary We are looking for experienced Medical Customer Service Representatives to join our remote team. As a Medical Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare professionals. You will work from home and be part of a dynamic team that is committed to delivering high-quality services. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to patients and healthcare professionals Provide exceptional customer service and empathy to patients and healthcare professionals Utilize computer skills for data entry and accurately document customer interactions Gather and review patient billing and medical information to resolve customer inquiries Work with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of patients Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions Requirements Essential Qualifications At least 1 year of recent call center experience (no exceptions) Active internet installed and ability to work from home Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors High school diploma or equivalent required Must live in the Dallas/Irving area and be able to pick up equipment in Irving, TX Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry Knowledge of medical terminology and billing processes Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks Strong attention to detail and accuracy Empathy and compassion when interacting with patients and healthcare professionals What We Offer Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive hourly rate of $16/hr, with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits, including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) or other retirement savings plan Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for career growth and professional development Work Environment and Culture At blithequark, we pride ourselves on a dynamic and supportive work environment that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
