Your primary responsibilities will include: * **Recruitment & Onboarding**: Assist with job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling to ensure a seamless hiring process. Facilitate new hire onboarding to ensure effective integration into the team. * **Employee Relations**: Act as a primary contact for HR-related inquiries and concerns from call center employees. Support employee engagement and address workplace issues effectively. * **HR Administration**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance and performance. Process HR paperwork, such as contracts and terminations. * **Training & Development**: Help organize and coordinate training sessions and development programs for staff. Track and report on employee training progress. * **Compliance & Reporting**: Ensure adherence to company policies and employment laws. Prepare and maintain HR reports on staffing and turnover. * **Support & Coordination**: Collaborate with HR team members on various HR functions and initiatives. Coordinate with call center management to meet staffing and operational needs. **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications: * **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. * **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years in an HR role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment. * **Skills**: + Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail. + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. + Technical Proficiency: Proficient in HR software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
