Brand Activation Manager Start Date: ASAP Ready to be the face of the next big Mediterranean food brand? Neolea is a modern Mediterranean food company that's taking the U.S. by storm. Born in Greece, our Pan & Plate olive oil line is already on shelves at major retailers nationwide — and we're just getting started. We're looking for our first U.S. marketing hire to own the brand locally, create scroll-stopping content, and build a community that's as obsessed with great olive oil as we are. Think OLIPOP energy meets authentic Greek heritage. This isn't your typical marketing role. You'll be equal parts content creator, event host, brand ambassador, and community builder — working directly with our European founding team while having full creative freedom to make Neolea a household name in America. What You'll Own Content Creation & Social ● ● ● ● Plan, shoot, and edit native TikToks and Reels that actually get engagement Develop our signature U.S. brand aesthetic and voice Partner with micro-influencers and food creators to amplify reach Create short-form content for Amazon, DTC, and paid campaigns Retail Activation & Events ● ● ● ● Hit the ground running with in-store tastings, demos, and local activations Build grassroots buzz market by market (yes, you'll travel!) Support new product launches with creative retail experiences Capture content at every activation to fuel our social channels PR & Partnerships ● ● ● ● Identify and collaborate with local food influencers and tastemakers Pitch compelling stories to food blogs, podcasts, and local media Execute strategic product seeding to spark organic word-of-mouth Support major PR moments with creative campaign ideas Digital Community Building ● ● ● ● Write and design monthly newsletters that people actually want to read Grow our U.S. email list and optimize conversion flows Collect customer insights and feedback to inform product development Build authentic connections with our growing foodie community ✅ You're a great candidate if you: ● ● ● ● ● Live and breathe TikTok, Instagram, and short-form content Have 2-4 years in CPG, food & beverage, or consumer marketing Can work independently but thrive in collaborative environments Get energized by hands-on work — from video editing to event setup Are genuinely passionate about food, cooking, and bringing people together Bonus Points: ● ● ● ● Field marketing or grassroots brand building experience Previous work with emerging food/beverage brands (Series A-C stage) PR, influencer marketing, or newsletter experience West Coast or NYC network in the food/lifestyle space About Neolea Neolea (Greek for “youth”) brings people together through taste.
