Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

Provide status updates to HR and hiring managers as necessary.
Conduct reference checks and assist with background check processes.
Collect interview feedback and document candidate assessments throughout the interview process.

Provide expertise in branding, attracting, and acquiring high-performing talent to meet ICU Medical's strategic business needs.
Offer guidance, consultation, and education to hiring managers on hiring processes and best practices.

Essential Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
