Working Hours: Saturday and Sunday, 9 AM 5 PM EST
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer support via email and chat
Assist with troubleshooting technical issues
Manage and update customer information in our database
Coordinate with other team members to resolve client inquiries
Monitor and respond to social media queries
Document and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team
Participate in virtual team meetings as needed
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
