Your Role as a Healthcare Customer Service Representative As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include: Connecting with Customers : Interact with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns. De-escalating Issues : Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise. Escalating Interactions : Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate to ensure timely resolution. Responding to Requests : Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments. Tracking Call Information : Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes. Providing Feedback : Provide feedback on call issues to help improve our services. Upselling : Upsell if required, to provide customers with additional solutions. Qualifications and Requirements We are looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be successful in this role, you will need: 6 Months of Customer Service Experience : Previous customer service experience is preferred. Age and Education : Be over 18 years of age and have a high school graduate or GED. Typing Skills : Ability to type 25 wpm. Computer Skills : Comfort with desktop computer systems and ability to navigate Windows operating systems. Communication Skills : Proven oral and written communication skills. Problem-Solving Skills : Logical problem-solving skills. Organization and Prioritization : Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively. Work from Home Requirements As a remote worker, you will need: Internet Connection : A minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeding 12.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeding 3.0 Mbps. ISP Requirements : An ISP with no packet loss and ping under 50ms. Proof of Internet Speed : Proof of internet speed is required. Clean and Quiet Workspace : A clean and quiet workspace.
