Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field (e.g., pharmacy technology, healthcare administration) preferred. Previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting, with a strong understanding of medical terminology, pharmacy operations, and regulatory requirements. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proficiency in pharmacy software systems, Microsoft Office, and other relevant technologies. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple responsibilities with accuracy and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset: Certification as a Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or completion of a pharmacy technician training program. Knowledge of inventory management, quality control, and safety protocols in a pharmacy setting. Experience with electronic health records (EHRs) and other healthcare technology systems.
