About the Role We are seeking energetic, positive, and dedicated individuals to join our team as Clinicians (Tutors) at our San Luis Obispo, CA Learning Center. As a Clinician, you will work one-on-one and in small groups with students, implementing personalized lesson plans and providing guidance and support to help them achieve their academic goals. Key Responsibilities: Provide one-to-one and small group instruction to students, implementing specific lesson plans under the direction of Learning Center leadership Facilitate the use of our curriculum for Lindamood-Bell Academy students, adapting to the unique needs and learning styles of each student Interact positively and professionally with clients and staff, creating a safe and supportive learning environment that promotes academic success and personal growth Manage client records electronically, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and performance Collaborate with other Clinicians and staff members to develop and implement effective instructional strategies and share best practices Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong passion for helping others, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality instruction and support to students. While prior teaching experience is not required, a Bachelor's degree is preferred, and an Associate's degree, Early Childhood Education certificate, or active pursuit of a degree is acceptable.
