Your Role as a Customer Service Representative As a Banking Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include: Handling inbound calls from customers' inquiries and complaints in a Financial/Bank Services environment. Maintaining a positive, empathetic, compassionate, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Resolving service problems, such as customer complaints, and identifying the cause of the problem. Ensuring that customer queries are answered to their satisfaction and in a timely manner. Addressing customers' concerns related to our services and providing the best solutions for their needs via various communication channels, including email, chat, or social channels. Escalating any customer complaints to the Operations Supervisor when needed and ensuring solutions are sorted out efficiently. Accurately and completely recording information using our communication methods. About You To become a successful candidate for this role, you should possess the following qualifications: At least 1 year of BPO experience. An innate drive to provide excellent customer service. Finished high school education. Strong interpersonal and comprehension skills. Flexible in shifting schedules. Capable of handling escalated situations, remittances, and disputes. Excellent communication and demonstrable probing and problem-solving skills. Work from Home Requirements To ensure seamless communication and optimal performance, we require: Internet access by Cable or Fiber (DSL, Satellite, etc. is not permitted). Min download Speed of 10mbps and Upload 10mbps. Hardwired into the PC/Laptop (wireless internet access not permitted). Back up ISP / Internet.
