Duties
ā¢ Conduct door-to-door canvassing to introduce and promote products or services to potential customers
ā¢ Engage in active communication with community members, explaining benefits and answering questions
ā¢ Build rapport and establish trust with prospects to generate interest and leads
ā¢ Develop and refine persuasive negotiation and sales techniques
ā¢ Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow-up activities
ā¢ Collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales goals
Experience
ā¢ Previous experience not required, just a burning desire to win
ā¢ Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and listen actively
ā¢ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a door-to-door setting
ā¢ Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and handle objections professionally
ā¢ Willingness to learn new sales techniques and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
