Job Summary As a Client Assistance Agent at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our plan members. You will work from home, handling inbound calls and responding to questions about prescription coverage, drug inclusion, and mail-order solutions. Your goal will be to help plan members understand their coverage and options, while also improving their overall healthcare experience. Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound calls from plan members, addressing questions and concerns about prescription coverage, drug inclusion, and mail-order solutions Provide clear and concise information to plan members, ensuring they understand their coverage and options Utilize your skills and knowledge to offer solutions and support to plan members, improving their overall healthcare experience Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing business needs and priorities Collaborate with colleagues and mentors to achieve shared goals and objectives Adhere to HIPAA and legislative compliance requirements, maintaining confidentiality and security of plan member information Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: 1 year of experience interacting with clients in a call center, retail, or customer care environment Proficiency in Windows-based applications and computer systems High school diploma or equivalent required Preferred Qualifications: Associate's degree or equivalent experience Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve issues in a positive and productive manner Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with plan members in a patient and supportive way Demonstrated reliability and consistency with scheduling principles Ability to exhibit patience, empathy, and confidence when interacting with plan members Strong customer service skills, including telephone etiquette and professionalism Excellent oral, written, and relational skills What We Offer At blithequark, we're committed to providing our team members with a supportive and inclusive work environment.
