Adjunct Lecturer in Regulatory & Clinical Research Management - Project Management

Remote Type: Fully Remote Summary The Regulatory and Clinical Research Management (RCRM) Graduate Program at Regis College is seeking an Adjunct Lecturer to teach a course entitled Project Management. The course will be taught in the Spring of 2026. It is a 16-week online course with four synchronous sessions. Class begins on January 19th, 2026, and runs through April 29th, 2026. Responsibilities Include β€’ Teach a graduate-level intensive Project Management (PM) course as and engage with all responsibilities associated with teaching the section: course syllabus and lecture materials preparation, assignments, exams and grading, office hours, students' engagement, and academic assessment. Qualified Candidates Must Possess β€’ An earned MS, or PhD, in Operations Management, Project Management Professional (PMP) or Technical Scientific field, including at least seven (7) to ten (10) years of healthcare, life sciences (pharma/biotechnology), medical devices technology industry or governmental experience. β€’ PMP Certification - Preferred. β€’ Demonstrated skills and experience in Project Management (PM) aligned to Clinical Trials Management, Clinical Operations, Regulatory Operations, or Product Development (R&D) functions in the healthcare industry. β€’ Demonstrated evidence of prior teaching experience at the graduate level. β€’ Commitment to creating an inclusive classroom learning environment in keeping with the University's commitment to inclusive excellence in a diverse educational community. β€’ Demonstrated ability to collaborate within the Regulatory and Clinical Research Management (RCRM) Program and faculty to ensure consistency across the program. β€’ Familiarity with the learning management system Moodle is preferred but not required. β€’ Skilled in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project Management (PM) tools. β€’ Superior communication skills, both oral and written. β€’ Ability to work in a collaborative team environment. Working Conditions/Physical Demands β€’ Work at a distance, home based. Normal office environment, not subject to extremes in noise, odors, etc. β€’ May spend extended periods at terminal, on telephone, or operating other office machines requiring eye-hand coordination and finger dexterity.
