**Job Summary:**

As a Sr. Customer Experience Strategic Support Analyst, you'll be responsible for managing projects related to supply chain solutions that improve service performance and engagement with customers. You'll develop and implement quantitative analytical solutions to support strategic performance and customer experience initiatives, utilizing advanced business analysis skills and database tools to drive innovative and quality results. Your expertise will be invaluable in identifying opportunities for growth and improvement, and you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage projects related to supply chain solutions that improve service performance and engagement with customers, including design and implementation of new solutions and issue resolution.
* Develop and implement quantitative analytical solutions to support strategic performance and customer experience initiatives, utilizing advanced business analysis skills and database tools.
* Utilize data to drive innovative and quality results, with a focus on customer-centric outcomes and forecasting.
* Proactively develop recommendations for arenaflex/customer opportunities and internal processes within cross-departmental projects.
* Maintain positive, effective relationships with key internal and external contacts, including presentation of analytical results and solution recommendations to stakeholders on a regular cadence.

**Essential Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., business, analytics, supply chain management).
* Four (4) years of work experience in external customer problem resolution, with a focus on supply chain solutions and customer experience.
* Demonstrated knowledge of business software applications, including database tools and analytical software.
* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and results to stakeholders.
* Directly related experience may offset degree requirements, and directly related advanced degrees may offset experience requirements.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Master Export Specialist (MES) certification or equivalent experience in customs brokerage and trade compliance.
* Quality improvement certification (e.g., QDM, Six Sigma, Total Quality Management) or related experience.
* Experience with coordination of air and ocean shipments, including booking, planning, document preparation, and tracking.
* Customs import controls and clearance experience.
* Certified Export Specialist (CES) or Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) certification.

* Advanced business analysis skills, with the ability to develop and implement quantitative analytical solutions.
* Strong database skills, with experience in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex ideas and results to stakeholders.
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.

* A base salary range of $64,804.12 - $113,735.32 per year, depending on experience and location.
* Additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential, based on performance and contributions to the company.
