We specialize in acquiring off-market homes directly from sellers and either renovating or assigning them to investors, no agents, no listings. Since launching in 2018, we’ve successfully closed 500+ transactions. All our leads come through paid PPC campaigns, no cold calling or texting. Position Summary We’re hiring a full-time, remote Acquisitions Closer who can consistently close deals and perform at a high level. You’ll engage with motivated inbound leads, uncover needs, make offers, and lock in profitable contracts. Work Hours • Monday through Friday: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM EST • Evenings or weekends as needed depending on lead activity Core Responsibilities • Manage incoming leads with professionalism and urgency • Build rapport with sellers to uncover their real motivation • Deliver strong offers and close over the phone or Zoom • Maintain accurate records and updates in Podio CRM • Coordinate effectively with our transactions and dispo teams Ideal Candidate Profile We’re looking for confident, goal-oriented sales pros with the drive to close, the discipline to follow up, and the hunger to succeed in a competitive environment.
