About the Role As a Senior Account Executive, Mid-Market Sales & Client Solutions at blithequark, you'll be part of a dynamic team that focuses on delivering exceptional client service, providing expert market analysis, and anticipating the evolving needs of our clients. Your mission will be to build and manage relationships with C-level clients and executive partner stakeholders, develop comprehensive understanding of their business challenges, marketing goals, and success metrics, and structure clear, long-term joint strategies between blithequark and clients. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Build and manage relationships with C-level clients and executive partner stakeholders. Develop a comprehensive understanding of their business challenges, marketing goals, and success metrics. Strategic Planning: Structure a clear, long-term joint strategy between blithequark and clients, and lead a cross-functional team within blithequark to collaborate on projects and drive client success. Growth and Development: Plan for and achieve growth goals through the presentation of blithequark advertising products/solutions that will help clients to meet their marketing goals. Data-Driven Insights: Develop forward-thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers. Product Knowledge: Build an in-depth knowledge of how blithequark advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing goals. Requirements and Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience in digital marketing or digital media/advertising sales. Experience influencing or selling to C-level stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Experience managing a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context. Experience selling against traditional and digital media advertising solutions. Knowledge of traditional and contemporary or online marketing strategy and tactics (e.g., product knowledge across all digital advertising products areas). Ability to achieve goals to drive growth. Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a customer engagement strategy. Ability to leverage business acumen to strategically assess and help solve client needs.
