Job Overview Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to corporate travelers, responding to their queries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Manage and facilitate travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and car rentals, using Sabre GDS Utilize Sabre GDS to ensure efficient travel management, staying up-to-date with the latest system updates and industry regulations Maintain a high level of organization while working in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, understanding their travel needs, and providing tailored solutions Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the booking or travel process, providing prompt and effective resolutions Monitor customer feedback and respond appropriately, using insights to improve our services and enhance the overall customer experience Implement new booking technologies and processes as needed, staying ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving travel industry Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: In-depth knowledge of Sabre GDS, with a strong understanding of its functionality and applications Proven experience in travel management, preferably in a corporate travel environment Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders Highly organized, with strong time management and prioritization skills Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision Strong technical skills, with proficiency in Sabre GDS, and familiarity with other travel management systems Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications will be highly regarded: Certification in Sabre GDS, or a related travel management system Experience working with corporate clients, understanding their unique travel needs and requirements Knowledge of industry regulations, such as GDPR, and their impact on travel management Familiarity with emerging technologies, such as artificial intelligence, and their applications in the travel industry Fluency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Customer focus : a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, with a strong understanding of client needs and expectations Technical expertise : in-depth knowledge of Sabre GDS, and the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting Organizational skills : the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Communication skills : excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members Problem-solving skills : the ability to troubleshoot issues, think critically, and provide effective solutions Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At American Express Global Business Travel, we're committed to the growth and development of our employees.
