About the Role We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Recruiter to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Full Stack Remote Recruiter, you'll be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from creative sourcing of candidates to conducting interviews and closing offers. You'll be an expert at building a pipeline of high-quality candidates and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Key Responsibilities Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire recruitment process, from creative sourcing of candidates to conducting interviews and closing offers. Talent Scout: Use your recruitment expertise to identify top-tier talent across all roles within SaaS companies. Market Research: Stay ahead of the curve by understanding the SaaS market landscape and conducting research to pinpoint where top talent is located and how to attract them. Candidate Assessment: Evaluate candidates' profiles and identify both their strengths and gaps, and match the right candidate to the right role. Creative Sourcer: Develop innovative strategies for finding hidden talent when necessary, and utilize traditional sourcing methods to find top candidates. Database Management: Keep our applicant tracking system and candidate database updated with the latest information to ensure we're always ready to move quickly on top talent. Collaborative Partner: Work closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring needs and deliver candidates who match not just the skill set, but the culture. Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications: Startup Super Recruiter: You've got the chops when it comes to recruiting for high-growth startups, especially within the SaaS space. You know what makes these companies tick and can spot talent that fits like a glove. Talent Specialist: You're adept at recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles and understand the distinct needs of each. Market Insight Pro: Your market research skills are top-notch.
