Key Responsibilities As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers have a seamless travel experience. Your key responsibilities will include: Greeting and assisting customers with ticketing, baggage check-in, and gate boarding processes Providing routing and travel planning assistance to customers Operating computer systems to manage customer check-in, boarding, and seat availability Making gate announcements and ensuring customers have the necessary travel documentation Tagging and lifting baggage from scales to conveyor belts (up to 70 pounds) Operating loading bridges and securing aircraft doors Escorting unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport Working varied shifts, including early mornings to overnights, based on operational needs Benefits and Perks At blithequark, we believe in sharing success with our employees.
