You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify market needs, develop innovative solutions, and deliver high-quality products that meet our customers' expectations. Your expertise will be essential in shaping our product strategy, aligning with business goals, and ensuring seamless user experiences. **Key Responsibilities** * **40% Strategy & Planning** + Develop and execute product strategies that align with business goals and customer needs + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities and develop innovative solutions + Conduct market research and analysis to inform product decisions + Prioritize product updates and allocate resources to support the enterprise roadmap + Develop and track key metrics to measure product performance and make data-driven decisions * **30% Delivery & Execution** + Drive product development by reviewing performance and directing work efforts of product teams + Ensure products meet quality and change control standards + Resolve issues within or across product teams to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals + Provide guidance on product design and development while balancing dependencies and integration with other products + Analyze product metrics to inform strategic and tactical product decisions * **30% People** + Provide leadership, mentoring, and coaching to Product Managers + Attract, retain, and develop top talent to build a world-class Product Management Team + Conduct annual and mid-year reviews, reviewing individual development plans and providing performance feedback + Foster collaboration with team members to drive value, identify, and resolve impediments + Educate requestors to determine priority based on tangible benefits and/or user experience **Direct Manager/Direct Reports** * Typically reports to the Technology Director, Sr. Director, or Vice President * May lead senior-level Product Managers or teams of Product Managers responsible for higher-profile, more impactful products **Travel Requirements** * Typically requires overnight travel 5% to 20% of the time **Physical Requirements** * Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position, with frequent opportunities to move about * Rarely may need to move or lift light articles **Working Conditions** * Located in a comfortable indoor area, with infrequent exposure to unpleasant conditions **Minimum Qualifications** * Must be eighteen years of age or older * Must be legally permitted to work in the United States **Preferred Qualifications** * 6-8 years of relevant work experience in product management, preferably in a modern software development environment * Mastery of modern software development product management practices and agile methodologies * Proficiency in communicating with and influencing functional and technical team members at all levels * Experience working in a fast-paced, fluid environment where priorities shift regularly * Proficiency in creating, prioritizing, and accepting user stories * Proficiency in conducting user research and testing to understand needs * Mastery of identifying goals, metrics, and
