**Experienced Full Stack Product Design Director – Web & Cloud Application Development**

We're currently seeking an experienced Product Design Director to lead our talented team of UX designers who are building provider-facing tools and experiences, empowering arenaflex providers to successfully onboard and grow their business through expertly managed product catalog and pricing, development, marketing, and feedback. As a key member of our digital product management team, you will work closely with partners from various departments to align UX efforts with business objectives and customer needs. **About the Role** A successful candidate will relish the opportunity to dive into a high-visibility workstream that drives significant impact. As a critical member of our digital product management team, you will collaborate closely with partners from different departments to align UX efforts with business objectives and customer needs. **Key Responsibilities** ### Experience Vision and Methodology * Develop and execute clear procedures for the customer experience, aligning development and design efforts with feasibility, flexibility, and business impact. * Collaborate closely with Product Management, Design, and Data Analysis partners to cultivate a customer-centric approach throughout the product development lifecycle. * Drive a deep understanding of our customers' needs, behaviors, and pain points through effective customer research initiatives. Translate customer insights into meaningful design principles and methodologies that inform product development and continuous iteration and refinement. * Use data analysis and customer behavior insights to inform design decisions. Execute research results and customer feedback analysis to validate design hypotheses and drive solutions. * Stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the e-commerce industry. Apply this knowledge to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge. ### Design Execution and Delivery * Apply design thinking principles to create unique customer experiences that meet objectives with clarity and simplicity. * Drive a culture of speed in the team to deliver work, emphasizing the use of lean tools and methods to deliver work more quickly. * Lead project tasks, responsibility distribution, and ensure timely project delivery while maintaining a high level of quality. ### Team Leadership and Management * Lead, inspire, and coach a team of talented UX designers and design leaders. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that supports innovation, continuous learning, and growth. * Be an idea leader who can take a step back on overall objectives and valuable opportunities, while also serving as a product specialist who can work closely with their teams with domain expertise and design ability. * Regulate project tasks, responsibility distribution, and ensure timely project delivery while maintaining a high level of quality. **What You'll Need** * Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Data Science, or related field * Strong understanding of design processes; knowledge of what is possible and what will be difficult to achieve or implement in a digital environment * Communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to present and articulate ideas, receptiveness to advance conclusions that challenge assumptions * Strong skills in current design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Invision, UXPin, and Creative Suite * Ability to create relevant deliverables, including detailed site maps, customer flows/task flows, customer journeys, page flows, taxonomic classifications/folksonomies, ways to buy, wireframes, comments, and prototypes that address collaboration suggestions, etc. * A web-based portfolio of case studies demonstrating experience in shaping B2B, SAAS, or Enterprise stage insight and your unwavering advocacy for the customer, scientific direction, and strategic thinking * Working knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS.
