About the position An ideal candidate for this role will bring deep expertise in blockchain technologies to translate complex business problems into clear blockchain-enabled solutions. The candidate will bridge business, product and engineering teams to deliver decentralized products and digital asset solutions for financial asset management with real-world impact. The role requires strong understanding of decentralized architecture, tokenomics, DeFi protocols, working of smart contracts, Web3 ecosystem, and rapidly evolving regulatory and competitive landscape and scalable distributed systems with a passion for enabling business outcomes.The Product Manager - will work with engineering teams, collaborate with business, product and technology stakeholders for Fidelity Digital Asset Management within Asset management Technology. In this role the individual will also play a key role in translating business requirements into clear functional specifications, process models, user stories and feasibility analysis for build-buy decisions which will contribute to the product and technology roadmap aligned to the business strategy.
