Key Responsibilities Listen carefully to customers and evaluate their situations to provide appropriate solutions and see each call to resolution. Handle a wide range of calls, from simple mapping and navigation issues to emergency situations, with a high degree of caring and empathy. Remain calm and composed under pressure, diffusing emotional and difficult calls with ease. Multi-task to find answers while on calls with customers, ensuring timely and effective resolutions. React and respond decisively in emergency situations, providing critical support to customers in need. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To succeed as a Customer Support Response Specialist at Working Solutions, you'll need: A caring, sympathetic, and helpful demeanor, with strong customer service skills and active listening abilities. The ability to multi-task and find answers while on calls with customers. Prior experience in customer service or a related field is a plus, although not required. Fluency in English, with bilingual contractors fluent in Spanish and English or French and English highly valued. A quiet, uninterrupted workspace during working hours, with a reliable broadband internet connection and necessary technical equipment. The opportunity to earn an equivalent of $12.60 - $16.80 per hour, with bilingual contractors earning a rate of $0.31 per customer interaction minute and a 48-minute minimum guarantee.
