As a Full Stack Data Scientist on our New Product Introduction (NPI) team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of electric vehicles and clean energy solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, manufacturing, and IT, to drive innovation and improvement in our products and processes.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Scientist to join our NPI team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying data-driven solutions to drive business growth, improve product quality, and enhance customer experience. You will work on a wide range of projects, from data analysis and visualization to machine learning and predictive modeling, to drive business outcomes and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities


Design and develop data pipelines to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources, including databases, APIs, and files.
Develop and deploy data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights and trends to stakeholders.
Build and train machine learning models to predict outcomes, identify patterns, and drive business decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions to address them.
Develop and maintain data quality and governance processes to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data science and machine learning, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our products and processes.
Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including business leaders, engineers, and customers.
Develop and maintain documentation and knowledge bases to ensure knowledge sharing and reuse across the organization.


Essential Qualifications


Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering.
4+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field.
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js.
Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning.
Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or GCP.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.


Preferred Qualifications


Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering.
5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field.
Experience with deep learning frameworks, such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and text analysis techniques.
Experience with data governance and quality processes.
Certifications in data science, machine learning, or a related field.
