Key Responsibilities Compile reports and import information by entering and retrieving data from multiple systems and resources, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Organize, maintain, and coordinate files and records, ensuring data integrity and compliance with data privacy policies. Collaborate with internal users and external resources to address business objectives and issues, providing timely and effective solutions. Ensure and measure the integrity of master data, conducting regular data audits to ensure data consistency and accuracy. Handle sensitive information with confidentiality, complying with data privacy policies and ensuring secure storage and disposal of confidential data. Identify and correct errors in data entries, maintaining high levels of data quality and integrity. Work with various software applications, including Word and Excel, to efficiently complete tasks and achieve business objectives. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To excel as a Remote Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you'll need: A minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent. At least 1 year of experience working in data entry, with a proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail. Experience working with computer-based work environments and a strong working knowledge of Word and Excel. An attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of data quality and integrity. Preferred qualifications include: Experience working with homeless families or individual populations, demonstrating a commitment to social responsibility.
