**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Scientist to join our Advanced Innovation group. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improvement. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, design and implement data models, and develop predictive analytics and machine learning models.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improvement
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and design data models
* Develop predictive analytics and machine learning models to drive business insights and decision-making
* Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions
* Design and implement data visualizations and reporting tools to communicate insights and results
* Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in data science, machine learning, and business intelligence
* Participate in model development, deployment, and maintenance for multiple projects simultaneously
* Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
* Collaborate with data engineers to design and implement data pipelines and architectures
* Develop and maintain data quality and governance processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity
**Essential Qualifications**
* Postgraduate education (PhD or ABD) in a quantitative field, such as statistics, mathematics, or computer science
* Strong background in data science, machine learning, and business intelligence
* Experience with programming languages such as R, Python, or Julia
* Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
* Experience working with large datasets and developing predictive models
* Strong business acumen and ability to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in the airline or travel industry
* Familiarity with arenaflex's data sources and systems
* Experience with Julia programming language
* Strong background in software engineering and experience with high-level software engineering coursework
* 2+ years of professional experience in a data science or related field
* 1+ year of experience working in a business intelligence or analytics role
