Job Overview The Provisioning Supervisor plays a crucial role in supporting Provisioning Specialists and Managers to ensure top-notch service and on-time execution for our customers. This position oversees station stock of supplies, such as snacks and beverages, serves as a leader by observing and offering guidance, and ensures Safety and compliance procedures are followed. Key Responsibilities Discover that airplanes are properly maintained and provisioned prior to takeoff, and that all structures and records are properly completed and maintained. Monitor the quality, quantity, and acquisition of provisioning supply purchases. Effectively coordinate with all Departments to maintain the station's on-time performance, Employee morale, and Customer satisfaction while maintaining a safe work environment and prioritizing programs designed to help reduce accidents and injuries. Supervise daily airport operations to create a safe, secure, and legally compliant service-oriented climate. Meet or exceed performance objectives through effective decisions, assign and follow Specialists for training compliance. Drive performance processes by anticipating operational situations that may impact the operation, monitoring and achieving results against key metrics, holding individuals accountable for results, and reviewing and ensuring accurate delay coding. Work with Staff to build offers that are in line with our Department's hourly goals. Perform administrative duties daily, such as working of shift offers, closing offers, daily work tasks, daily payroll, and attendance reports, monitoring staffing in all areas and verifying that overtime is used appropriately. Coordinate the delivery of all necessary supplies to non-Provisioning Stations. Ensure all equipment, including GSE, is maintained and available for the operation. Perform administrative duties daily, such as working of shift offers, closing offers, daily work tasks, daily payroll, and attendance reports. Ensure proper administration of work agreements or contracts, emphasizing minimal labor disputes. May perform other work duties as directed by Employee's Supervisors. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Completely working, wide knowledge in Airline Operations and Provisioning. Ability to obtain a Security ID Display Area (SIDA) badge and meet all local airport requirements. Must have a current valid driver's license issued in the US. May be required by Station Initiative to obtain a Customs Seal and meet all requirements to handle international flights. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a supervisory or leadership role. Knowledge of administrative and regulatory procedures and systems, such as word processing, managing files and records, preparing forms, and other office methods and terminology. Knowledge of business and management principles associated with strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, management policy, production methods, and coordination of people and resources. Skilled in using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems. Skills and Competencies Ability to listen to, understand, and communicate ideas presented in writing and/or in speaking with others. Ability to move back and forth between at least two activities or sources of information (such as speech, sounds, touch, or other sources). Ability to apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense. Ability to recognize and address performance and safety concerns promptly. Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, methods, and techniques to promote effective local, state, or national safety activities for the protection of people, data, property, and facilities.
