About Disney's Consumer Insight, Measurement & Analytics (CIMA) Team The CIMA team is a part of Disney's Parks, Experiences and Products (DPEP) segment, driving data-driven and consumer-centric decision-making with integrated, objective, and actionable insights. As a full stack data entry specialist, you will play a critical role in developing and delivering advanced analytics and insights to key stakeholders across the organization. Key Responsibilities Data Entry and Management: Develop and maintain large datasets, ensuring data quality and integrity, and perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and efficiency. Statistical Modeling: Build and apply statistical models to drive business insights, including marketing mix models, time series regression, and forecasting. Insight Generation: Transform model outcomes into actionable insights to assist partners in understanding historical media effects and trends in media performance. Analytic Presentations: Develop and deliver productive, insightful analytic presentations that offer consultative paths to key partners. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Global Marketing & Sales Organization, to integrate insights into advanced forecasting programs. Exploratory Data Analysis: Perform exploratory data analysis to gain insights into business operations and validate data. Essential Qualifications Education: Master's degree or equivalent in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Mining, Computer Science, Engineering, or Operations Research. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience with diverse analytic, data mining, and machine learning methodologies, including multivariate regression, mixed models, clustering, time series regression, and forecasting. Technical Skills: Proficiency in R or Python for data mining, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience: Prior work experience within a media business or analytics consulting firm. Technical Skills: High scalability with the use of R or Python for data mining, knowledge of SQL and relational databases. Education: Ph.D. or equivalent in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Mining, Computer Science, Engineering, or Operations Research.
