**Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Remote IT Support**

You'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from software and hardware installations to data recovery and system maintenance. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer service, you'll be the go-to expert for resolving technical issues and providing top-notch support to our end-users. **What You'll Do** * Resolve and close tickets/work orders supporting end-user workstations and peripherals * Answer customer service issues raised from the Helpdesk * Contribute to desktop projects (global installs/redesigns) as a project team member * Remotely diagnose and resolve issues using remote tools * Investigate and collaborate with other departments to help with system-related issues * Record customer interactions in incident management software, including resource management * Recover data from hard drives or perform data migration * Maintain remote access for virtual private network (VPN) availability as well as remote/broadband network for workstations * Install and configure local and network-based printers * Perform routine maintenance and preventive maintenance * Work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and be prepared to travel as required * Follow management direction, complying with IT strategy and procedures * Perform other duties as assigned * Venture, as required **All You'll Need for Success** * Minimum Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional training + Associate's degree in Software Engineering, Data Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experience/preparation + 2 years of hands-on IT work experience supporting and resolving various PC desktop software and hardware issues + First-hand experience supporting workstations in a Windows/TCPIP environment * Preferred Qualifications: + A+ certification + MCSE/MCP certification + Past IT foundation experience in Aircraft/Airport environment + Skills, Licenses, and Certificates: - General knowledge of all Windows-based operating systems, including Windows 10 - Knowledge of workflow and tagging systems - Knowledge of VPN network and ability to troubleshoot issues - Ability to work independently and act in a collaborative, team-based environment - Ability to lift at least 50 pounds **What You'll Get** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing our team members with a comprehensive benefits package that supports their physical, emotional, and financial well-being.
