About the Role As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our investment operations and reconciliation processes. You will be responsible for processing exchange buy and sell transactions, identifying and addressing breaks between TD Ameritrade and fund companies, and handling corporate activity events. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work independently will be essential in this role. Key Responsibilities: Process exchange buy and sell transactions in customer profiles, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Identify and address breaks recognized between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transfer agents. Handle corporate activity events, settling and reconciling move activity, and processing returns activity. Conduct research on complex or escalated issues, perform testing and validation of new technology improvements, and provider modifications. Complete projects in investing, dividends, transfers, reconciliation, and company actions that directly impact client/advisor accounts. Collaborate with retail and institutional company teams through email, phone, Slack, Outlook, and Salesforce. Communicate and work with TD Ameritrade Clearing and external business partners, including fund companies, transfer agents, and other organizations. Core Competencies and Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work independently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with internal and external teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of investment operations, reconciliation, and regulatory requirements (e.g., 2340 and 15C3-3). Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. 1-2 years of experience in data entry, investment operations, or reconciliation. Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new software systems quickly. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with TD Ameritrade or similar financial systems. Knowledge of SQL or other programming languages. Certifications in investment operations or related fields (e.g., CISP, CPIM).
