We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Creative Lead to join our team and help us elevate our communications and storytelling. Job Summary As a Full Stack Creative Lead at Blithequark, you will be responsible for leading the development of innovative communications, Keynote designs, and content creation for our Sales Leadership team, partners, and customers. You will own the end-to-end creative process, ensuring that our messaging is consistent, compelling, and aligned with our business priorities. Your exceptional design skills, creative flair, and leadership abilities will help us build trust, drive engagement, and create memorable experiences. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development of Keynote designs, content creation, and storytelling for Business Plans, Town Halls, Conferences, and C-level internal and external communications. Establish and manage a Center of Excellence for creative resources in the US, ensuring that US Sales messaging remains aligned and consistent. Manage presentation development, storyline creation, and deliverables for key communication opportunities. Develop and implement layout intake, creation, and shipping approaches across US Sales. Create fashionable and cohesive stories that bring complex business ideas to a wide range of audiences. Roll out a set of communication delivery mediums, including Keynote, video, and web tools. Essential Qualifications: 5-8 years of experience in leading communications, design, or multi-media teams across various organizations, with a focus on delivering short-term projects and driving change. Exceptional Keynote design skills and a strong creative flair. Excellent writing skills to translate complex concepts into compelling speaking points or Keynote presentations. Self-controlled and independent, with a high sense of responsibility and self-steering. Out-of-the-box problem solver who owns the creative process and is visible as a creative leader within the organization. Ability to make clear decisions and stay calm under tight deadlines. Handles large volumes of work, making thoughtful and timely decisions. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent education. Experience in managing teams and developing creative resources. Strong understanding of business priorities and the ability to articulate them effectively.
