[Remote] Financial Services Contracts Attorney/Paralegal

Latitude is a full-service flexible legal talent company seeking an experienced financial services contracts attorney or paralegal for a contract engagement supporting a respected Florida credit union. This fully remote role involves drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements and collaborating with credit union leadership and internal stakeholders. Responsibilities • Draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements such as loan participation and vendor contracts. • Collaborate with a dynamic, solutions-oriented in-house legal team. • Work closely with credit union leadership and internal stakeholders.
