Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and skilled Manager, Data & Analytics to play a leading role in igniting business growth and efficiency through the conceptualization, design, and management of our data and analytics arrangements. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating robust, secure, and scalable data processing products and tools, as well as reporting and advanced analytics. Key Responsibilities Deeply understand the business and technical context of assignments, ensuring that both the performance and security aspects of the development process align with the organization's tough quality standards. Participate in active development of agreed-upon design, adhering to the principles of the software development life cycle for end-to-end Data and Analytics solutions. Offer dedicated support for specific products and solutions, ensuring compliance with the agreed-upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Follow Agile and DevOps principles, implementing maintenance, tuning, testing, and debugging tasks, as well as creating technical documentation and conducting focused training sessions. Effectively participate in improving existing systems and continuously integrating them into the organization's operational environment. Collaborate efficiently with your team and with other teams, facilitating agreement on the solution and communicating that vision through both technical materials and verbal presentations. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's Degree, ideally in Computer Science, Computer Programming, or a connected field. You should also have at least 1 year of proven experience as a software designer, with expertise in using Database Management Systems (DBMS). Experience with Extraction, Transformation, and Load (ETL) tools and Online Analytical Processing (OLAP) is also required. Preferred Qualifications Experience with cloud development, especially hands-on experience with Azure services for data and analytics, such as Azure Neural Link, Azure Data Factory, Azure Analytics Services, Azure Functions, and Azure SQL DB. Related experience with data processing and reporting, ideally using Microsoft Power BI. Ability to quickly learn new technologies, step up, act proactively, and improve. Solid logical and problem-solving fitness. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster significant arrangements. Experience with the Scrum framework for coordinated software development and DevOps principles. Technical Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to have proficiency in SQL and Python, as well as experience with Git. Knowledge of DAX, PySpark, C#, Scala, or Java will be considered valuable. Web development skills will also be considered valuable.
