Job Title: ServiceNow Architect (CSM & FSO) Type: Contract Location: Remote Key Responsibilities: Architectural Design: Lead the architectural design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions focused on CSM and FSO. Ensure alignment with best practices and business requirements. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business processes, and translate them into technical specifications. Customization & Configuration: Oversee the customization and configuration of the ServiceNow platform to optimize customer service workflows and field service operations. Integration: Design and implement integrations with other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Experience: 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementation and administration, with a focus on CSM and FSO modules. Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist (CSM and FSO), and other relevant ServiceNow certifications. Technical Skills: Proficient in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide), ITIL processes, and web services (REST/SOAP). Familiarity with ServiceNow's architecture and modules is essential.
