As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for managing day-to-day scheduling operations, ensuring that jobs are ready for scheduling, and providing exceptional customer service. If you have experience in dispatching, preferably in a similar industry such as plumbing, HVAC, or electrical services, and are proficient in Google Suite, Slack, and dispatching software such as ServiceTitan, we'd love to hear from you. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Specialist at blithequark, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks, including: * Overseeing day-to-day operations of the office, including answering phones, responding to emails, managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, and managing service appointments * Coordinating scheduling of technicians for service calls, installations, and repairs * Dispatching technicians to job sites in a timely and efficient manner * Monitoring technician schedules and adjusting as needed to accommodate emergencies or last-minute changes * Serving as the point of contact for customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and addressing concerns or complaints * Ensuring excellent customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner * Organizing and maintaining systems for documents, invoices, and client records * Processing payments from customers and following up on overdue accounts as necessary * Assisting in setting up and implementation of ServiceTitan * Additional responsibilities to support the growth of the company **Minimum Skills and Experience Required** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * Experience in dispatching, preferably in a similar industry such as plumbing, HVAC, or electrical services * Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, and dispatching software such as ServiceTitan * Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize work * Attention to detail and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication with customers, suppliers, and team members * Familiarity with plumbing/HVAC/service terminology, processes, and materials can be beneficial for understanding the business and communicating effectively with technicians and customers * Must have a clear background check **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial: * Experience working in a fast-paced environment * Proven ability to meet/exceed set goals * Receptive to constant coaching and feedback * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software * Familiarity with industry-specific software and systems **What We Offer** As a valued member of our team, you can expect: * A competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunities for professional growth and development * A dynamic and supportive work environment * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * A comprehensive training program to ensure your success * A fun and collaborative team culture **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
