Job Overview The Part-Time Customer Service Representative plays a vital role in our organization, responsible for locating and connecting customers with qualified legal providers, including lawyers and mediators, to address their specific legal matters. This position involves a combination of outbound calling, receiving inbound calls, and email communications with our members and providers. The successful candidate will be instrumental in building and maintaining our network of provider relationships, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall growth and success of arenaflex. Key Responsibilities Assist customers in locating a qualified legal provider for their specific legal needs, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience. Develop and maintain arenaflex's network of legal providers through research, outreach, and recruitment efforts, utilizing various online and referral resources. Introduce and promote the arenaflex Legal Program to potential legal providers through cold calling and strategic communication. Validate the professional licensing of legal providers through local and state agencies, ensuring compliance and quality standards. Manage a caseload of 25+ customers, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines to ensure timely and effective support. Successfully recruit and engage with individual customer referrals, network partnerships, legal class requests, and other special promotions or assignments, driving business growth and expansion. Meet or exceed established company standards for provider and member satisfaction, accuracy, quality, and timelines, contributing to the continuous improvement of our services. Qualifications and Skills To excel in this role, the ideal candidate will possess: A compassionate and courteous communication style, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized support.
