Key Responsibilities As a remote Patient Care Representative, you will be responsible for: Qualifying Potential Patients: Employ effective questioning techniques to understand patients' requirements and assess whether our dental implant solutions meet their needs. Providing Compassionate Support: Interact empathetically with prospective patients, addressing their concerns regarding dental implants and guiding them throughout their treatment journey. Managing Leads: Independently oversee incoming leads and inquiries, ensuring consistent follow-up and nurturing of relationships. Achieving KPIs: Strive to meet performance targets related to lead conversion and activity, primarily engaging with warm leads – no cold calling. CRM Management: Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Zoho CRM, Open Dental) to monitor activities, maintain detailed notes, and enhance workflow efficiency. Collaborating Effectively: Partner closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and address patient needs. Required Skills and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: Experience: Previous experience in customer service or sales, particularly within the healthcare or dental sectors, is preferred. Communication Skills: Proficient verbal and written communication, emphasizing empathy and clarity. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a remote environment.
