You’ll be responsible for locating and retrieving purchased items quickly and accurately—making sure customers receive exactly what they’re expecting. It’s a fast-paced, active role for someone who loves to stay moving and thrives in a team setting. Physical Demands The Picker position requires the following physical capabilities: Standing/walking for Long Periods: Ability to stand and be on your feet for 10+ hours a day Working in Extreme Weather Conditions: Must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs independently and assist with team lifts of items heavier than 50 lbs as needed. Team Lifting: Collaborating with other team members to safely move large and bulky items.
