**Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service over the phone, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Processing orders, tracking orders, and assisting with catalog inquiries
* Entering orders, tracking orders, and maintaining accurate records
* Assisting with data entry and maintaining accurate records
* Collaborating with the sales team to ensure seamless order fulfillment
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and retention
* Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions
* Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications**
* 2+ years of experience in customer service, order processing, or a related field
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Experience with Shopify Plus or similar e-commerce platforms a plus
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 1+ year of experience in retail sales or a related field
* Experience with data entry and order processing software
* Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems
* Certification in customer service or a related field
* Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus
