Understand and explain U-Haul's range of towing applications to customers
Endorse and install the correct tow package on customer vehicles
Provide excellent customer service and support to U-Haul customers
Participate in ongoing continuous U-Haul education through U-Haul College
Perform other responsibilities as assigned by management

Basic wiring and hand/strength tool experience
