**Job Responsibilities:**
As a Remote Financial Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Serving as a member of our Support Team and maintaining client relationships through effective communication and issue resolution
* Providing status updates to clients at every step of the process and generating outbound calls when contact is needed
* Answering and responding to all inbound client calls and emails, providing accurate answers to client questions while maintaining a high level of professionalism
* Conference in various department Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) as needed to resolve issues and answer questions
* Documenting interactions with clients in internal systems to ensure that other departments are aware of phone call/email conversations that have occurred
* Maintaining regular and punctual attendance and adhering to Client Service Standards
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 3 years of mortgage experience, with a preference for mortgage closing/processing/funding experience (MUST HAVE)
* Knowledge of different types of loans, including FHA/VA, etc.
* Knowledgeable in the mortgage process flow and established SLA's
* Ability to effectively and professionally communicate via phone and email
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
