You'll work closely with our Store Managers to develop and implement strategies that drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance brand awareness. If you're a self-motivated, results-driven individual with a passion for retail and customer experience, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** * **Business Strategy**: Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement business strategies that drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance brand awareness (70% of the time) * **Client Experience**: Ensure all team members deliver a top-level customer experience, proactively addressing and resolving any concerns related to vehicle quality and readiness * **Team Development**: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, maintaining brief position satisfaction, providing continuous performance assessment, and ensuring adherence to blithequark's policies and procedures * **Brand Standards**: Maintain brand principles through office maintenance, display area show, and cost control, while ensuring consistency with blithequark's dress code standard and preparation rules **What You'll Bring** * **Qualifications**: Four-year degree or 2+ years of relevant experience in a proven track record of meeting or exceeding objectives * **Self-Motivated Business Leader**: Outstanding leadership skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to focus on multiple tasks while adhering to business-critical deadlines * **Excellent Communication Skills**: Magnificent written and verbal communication skills with a dedicated and moral approach to sales and customer service tasks * **Collaborative Leader**: Ability to foster collaborative relationships and act as a well-respected, trusted partner * **Flexibility**: Ability to work nights and weekends in a retail environment, ability to move depending on the situation * **Valid Driver's License**: Substantial driver's license in the country of work and ability to acquire relevant state licensing, where applicable * **Salesman Permit**: This job requires you to have an Engine Vehicle Salesman Permit given by the Virginia State Department of Motor Vehicles.
