Temporary Data Entry Clerk

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Temporary Data Entry Clerk to join our team at Workwarp. As a Temporary Data Entry Clerk, you will play a vital role in providing advanced data entry skills to support the UT Works Lock and Key Services Key Module Project. This is a temporary position with a duration of 12 months, offering a competitive salary and the opportunity to work remotely. Key Responsibilities: • Collect, code, input, and retrieve information using data entry functions • Enter data from keying worksheets into Excel spreadsheets in preparation for transferring lock information into UTWorks Key module Program • Evaluate and verify notes and reports for correctness and accuracy before entering information into Excel spreadsheets • Maintain confidential records and files, ensuring security and confidentiality of sensitive information • Confer with other department personnel as needed on data entry matters and represent Lock & Key Services on special projects • Compose routine correspondence and perform related duties as required Requirements: • High school graduation or GED • Three years of experience in an office environment • Two years of above-average experience with data entry with a high degree of accuracy • Two years of intermediate experience using Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel • Excellent telephone and email etiquette • Current Class "C" Texas Operator Driver License required Preferred Qualifications: • Associate's degree or higher in business administration or similar • More than three years of broad-based experience in an office environment • Two or more years of above-average experience with data entry with a high degree of accuracy • More than two years of experience using Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel • Experience with direct customer service What We Offer: • Competitive salary ($18.00/hour) • Opportunity to work remotely • Collaborative and dynamic work environment • Professional development and growth opportunities Apply Now to join our team as a Temporary Data Entry Clerk and take the first step towards a rewarding and challenging career with Workwarp.
