You'll work alongside a multidisciplinary team of experts in engineering, investing, law, marketing, and business development, leveraging our extensive network of top-tier CEOs, developers, investors, and influencers.
Role Overview
As a Web3 Advisor, you will provide strategic guidance to Blockpact Capital and our portfolio companies on Web3 technologies, market trends, tokenomics, and ecosystem development. You will leverage your deep expertise in blockchain, DeFi, and decentralized technologies to identify investment opportunities, support portfolio growth, and represent Blockpact Capital in the global Web3 community. This role combines strategic advisory, thought leadership, and hands-on support for emerging blockchain projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide strategic guidance on Web3 technologies and market opportunities
• Advise on tokenomics design, token utility, and distribution strategies
• Conduct deep-dive analysis on emerging blockchain protocols and trends
• Support portfolio companies with go-to-market and growth strategies
• Evaluate technical architecture and security considerations
• Build and maintain relationships with key Web3 ecosystem participants
• Represent Blockpact Capital at industry conferences and events
• Contribute to investment thesis development and due diligence
• Facilitate partnerships and business development for portfolio companies
• Publish thought leadership content on Web3 trends and insights
Requirements
Technical Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in Web3, blockchain, or crypto ecosystem
• Deep understanding of DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, and emerging Web3 technologies
• Proven track record in tokenomics design and token launch strategies
• Strong technical understanding of blockchain protocols and smart contracts
• Experience with venture capital, startup advisory, or consulting
• Ability to evaluate regulatory and compliance considerations
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Master's or MBA preferred)
Professional Skills
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills in English
• Extensive network within the crypto and Web3 community
• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with fast-paced environments
• Track record of successful blockchain project advisory or leadership
