Our services are guided by a common philosophy about the role of the family in a child's development, and we believe that family is the foundation for a child's development. **Job Responsibilities** As a Behavior Technician, you will be responsible for: * Providing one-on-one (1:1) in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder * Collecting behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions * Conducting discrete trials, implementing behavior support, and treatment plans * Working collaboratively with a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) Supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy * Being responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors * Being goal-oriented and maintaining professionalism in all aspects of your work * Arriving on time and being prepared for therapy sessions **Growth Opportunities in the Field of ABA** At Key Autism Services, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
