**Job Summary**

As a Finnish-speaking Customer Service Consultant, you'll be responsible for delivering top-notch customer service to our clients' customers. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, provide product information, and ensure customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities**

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients' customers via phone, email, and chat
* Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information
* Work collaboratively with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and business goals
* Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our clients' products and services
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets

**Essential Qualifications**

* Fluency in Finnish (written and spoken)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
