Your key responsibilities will include: * Building positive relationships with leaders and airline stewards to maintain workforce engagement, commitment, and flexibility. * Performance-based management of large teams of airline stewards on KPIs such as security, reliability, customer satisfaction, and financials. * Promoting a culture of safety, health, and well-being, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols and procedures. * Addressing Quality Assurance issues, such as uniform compliance and overall performance. * Collaborating with base support staff, various departments, and internal/external partners to drive continuous improvement. * Participating in leadership flying programs and supporting the airline steward team. * Proactively responding to and following up on time-sensitive matters and competing priorities. * Providing essential support to airline stewards before, during, and after flights. * Acting as a liaison and support for assigned projects within the base and/or department. * Communicating regularly with remote airline steward workforce. **What You'll Need to Succeed** To be considered for this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: * The ability to handle multiple and shifting priorities in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment. * The capacity to handle confidential information with professionalism, caution, and discretion. * Proven consistent problem-solving skills in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment. * Experience in training and delivering feedback for developmental purposes. * Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong organizational and time management skills. * Proficiency in the use of standard Microsoft Office applications. * The ability to complete initial airline steward training and maintain qualifications.
