Key Responsibilities
Implement child-specific ABA programs, including skill acquisition and behavior programs
Track client progress and analyze data to inform treatment decisions
Build rapport with clients and provide high-quality care
Collaborate with Lead RBT for training sequence and program implementation
Accurately measure and record data during therapy sessions
Follow written skill acquisition and behavior programs accurately
Essential Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Reliable transportation is required
Time management, observation, and analytical skills
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
Preferred experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a related field, such as nannies, childcare providers, paraprofessionals, or child daycare
Mental Health Technician/Advocate or Behavioral Specialist experience
Teachers, Special Education Coaches, or Early Childhood Development background
Direct Support Professionals or Life Skills Assistants experience
Camp Counselor, Childcare Volunteer experience
Administrative Professionals and Hospitality or Customer Service background
